Updating your Website Profile Picture
This is for your profile image at the top right of the Slashkey Website. Most will already have a Facebook profile picture showing up there.
If your Facebook picture has changed or if you have created a new Farmtown account, you can copy your current Facebook profile picture to your Farmtown game.





To change your picture to your current Facebook profile picture, you must be logged into the website and also logged into your Facebook account.
If you have multiple accounts, make sure that you are only logged into one of them on both Facebook and the Website.


There are several ways to get to the Profile section to change your picture:

Click on your profile picture top right of the Website.

OR Click on this link: https://apps.slashkey.com/farmtown/settings2

OR Click on the Account tab at the top of your game screen. Make sure the Profile section has a blue background, if it does not, click on it to view that section.




When you are in the Profile section of the Account tab.

Click on the blue Log In button to the right of your current profile picture.



If this is your first time changing your profile picture you will then see this window asking you to allow Farm Town Gaming Services to have your name and profile picture.

The window will show your first name and current Facebook picture at that time:



Click on Continue as XXXX to proceed.

After you have given that permission to Farm Town Gaming Services to have your name and profile picture you will not have to do that step again unless you delete the Farm Town Gaming Services app in Facebook settings.
You do not have to do anything with the app, it is only to provide the capability to copy your Facebook profile picture to the Website.

Your Facebook picture will then update to the website when you next reload the game or when you click on the Play tab at the top of your game screen.



Currently this is the only method to update your profile picture on the Website.

How to Unblock a Farmer using the Account tab

There are several methods to get to your Farm Town Blocked Users List to unblock someone.
You may need to do this if the blocking was not intentional or it could have been done for a short period due to irritating behaviour or a temporary fall out and you want to see and communicate with them again.

Unblocking Via the Blocked Users Section in the Account tab at the top of your game screen.

• Make sure that you are logged into the Website then you can click on this link and it will take you to that section:

• The Blocked Users section will show you first names a profile picture if they have one, a Visit Farm link that you can click on to take you to their farms should you need to remove yourself as a Neighbour or Buddy on their lists.
  
  
• To Remove the blocking, click on Unblock User to the far right.

OR to get to the same area you can:

1. Click on the Account tab at the top of your game screen.
2. Then click on Blocked Users.
3. To Remove the blocking, click on Unblock User to the far right.

Farm Cash Activity Log
You can check for yourself what Farm Cash you have bought, what you have spent or sent and what you have earned in the game in the last 6 months.

To go to your Farm Cash Activity Log this you can do the following:

• Click on the Account tab at the top of your game screen
• Then click on Farm Cash Activity Log
  
  OR
  
• you can just click on this link: https://apps.slashkey.com/farmtown/settings2/farm_cash/

Listed in the Farm Cash Activity Log:

• Each Transaction is listed in Date an Time order.
• You will see your Farm Cash Amount and what you have spent your FC on along with a description and when bought a transaction ID.
• Farm Cash Items you sent or received will have a Visit link you can click on to visit that farmers farm if you wish to remind yourself who it went to or who sent it to you.
  
  
  The Background Colours:
  
  
• 
  Purchases of Farm Cash and Credited by Support. You will also be able to see if you bought FC using Facebook, PayPal or Stripe.
  
  
• 
  Earned Farm Cash from things like Co-operative and Regular Quests, NCC, Farm Pass rewards, Levels
  
  
• 
  Spent or Sent. What you have spent your Farm Cash on for yourself or by sending Farm Cash Gift Cards or Farm Cash Items to other farmers.
  
  
• 
  Farm Cash Gift Cards or FC Items that were sent to you.

If you need further help with checking any purchases or transactions you can also post a request help in the forum in the OFFICIAL Help and Support section for Farm Cash and Coins where the moderators will be able to check back further than 6 months. You will need to supply your USER ID so that your data can be checked for you.

Farm Pictures
Pictures taken with the in game camera will not immediately post to Facebook at this time and are stored in a NEW Farm Pictures section of the Website Account tab.
From that section you can get a link for the picture to post it to Facebook.

The Farm Pictures section in the account tab shows all the farm pictures you have taken in the past 3 months.

It can show up to a maximum of 200 pictures in a month.

Pictures older than 3 months are deleted automatically.


To see the pictures you have taken of your farms with the in game camera:

You can either click on this link to go to your Farm Pictures section

OR

1. Click on the Account tab at the top of the game screen
   
2. Then click on Farm Pictures
   
3. Then click on the Month that you took the picture and you will see all the photos you took in that month.
   
   
   
   
4. If you want to view a single picture, click on the link just above the picture that says Show Original Size indicated with Red arrow D.
   
   You will then view that picture in full screen in the size that you used (small, medium, large).
   
   
5. If you want to post that picture to Facebook you can copy the information in the browser address bar, indicated with Red arrow E below. and paste it into your post on your timeline with whatever Privacy settings you want to use on your Facebook profile.
   
   
   
   Once the picture is showing up on Facebook you can then Share it as normal to groups or copy and paste the link in a group, perhaps to showcase your design or enter any contests design groups may be running.
   
   Please note that once you share or paste a link into another area like a Facebook group, that Facebook automatically changes the privacy on the post in the group to Public.
