Hi max_river, and everyone else that is having the issue when working other facilities and the mayor giving no products.

Raul need a couple of things,

Is it both service facilities and regular facilities? or just one of them?

Do you do half the work and the mayor takes over? or do you have both rains and the mayor does ALL the work?

Can you try to take a screen shot of exactly what the mayor is saying when he is working them please? i know thats not easy, but if you can try for me.

to take a screenshot, press Alt & Prt Scrn, then paste into any paint program. and save as .jpg

What about the issue of people not getting farm cash for quests when they have earned them? Also not getting any message about how many quests they have done. Will that be addressed?

My husband got 1 FC yesterday. So excited to get it. One FC a week should be not problem for me. Maybe 2.

Since this was only release late on the 24th and some are getting FC, then be patient a couple days and see if you get some. I haven't gotten any yet either.

Thank you for the reply, Taz, I really appreciate knowing I'm being heard. :-) I harvested all my animals yesterday with the tool and need sheep wool for today's quest, so will not know till I get this quest completed to see if anything's changed.

The developers are aware of this and are working on a fix. Read the new additions in the first post of this thread.

You were right TAZ! I was worried because I didn't get the FC this morning. I have been working hard at the quests. Well I started my new quest this morning and just now got 1FC! So like TAZ said...be patient.

I am getting an error when trying to boost trains, please see attachment. I use chrome.
Also, rotate feature is not working when hired to design together.
