When you go into the animal sheds and click on store items, it doesn't do anything you still have to do it in the facility manager to get your items put into your storage. I tried it and went into 2 of my cow sheds on 2 different farms and clicked on store and it said that it stored 1 cow milk to storage (since it only shows one on the pending/done at a time), but nothing had been added to storage, then I went into the facility manager and it showed that it had 10 hours til ready and then when I clicked on harvest animals it added the correct amount of cow milk to my storage. So there is a problem with going into the shed and doing it.
