This is only a temporary problem in the mean time you can just use the tend to neighbours farm option by clicking on there slot on the neighbors bar and select tend to (avatars name) farm that way you can navigate all farms untill the current issue is fixed

Thanks, al_bundy, just realized I was mistaken & you can travel to the other farms!!! YAY!!!
