Hi there. Yes there now is a limit. The following thread has a bit of explanation:

Actually (no offence) you can check this thread and it will break down the limit's of every product in every factory...

The only thing you can't get help on is the Semi-Truck. That you just have to wait for.. Hope this help's explain the limit's...

I find that I am always running out of hot dog sausage. I would really like to see the option of ordering bigger quantities, even if it cost most fuel, such as double the amount of hot dogs for double the amount of fuel and of course double the amount of coins. I now keep my truck running continually, and I still run out.

I can't make cranberry juice in my Juice Factory. Anyone else having this problem
Everything else works fine except the cranberrys
