very maddening. I usually do one ship per day. I was gone for about 4 days, so had to start over (since Sunday), and by now they should be taking less time to load, not more. What a pain.

Hi iwoeb,
They do take shorter times but each ship from the top down have progressively longer times. They do not all have the same times. When I have to do that with restarting over after an absence I only prepare 1 or 2 containers on each one for 7 days. The gets the times back down for all by the end of the week.

it was time to do the second load on my ship taking 19 minutes per load, and now the second load said 4.8 minutes. Must be a glitch of some kind going on. . . .

Hi Iwoeb,
The times are not supposed to be changing now for each ship since the release. Why it was different for the first container for you today I don't know. There is no way for us to check that. Whatever time is set for preparing the containers for the first one should be carrying through all the containers for a ship.

More strangeness. my other posts were on Saturday and now on Sunday evening I went to start loading another ship and now it is taking even longer than yesterday. yesterday the first load was long and then after that each load took 4.8 minutes which is more reasonable. tonight it is over 20 minutes for the first load. will be interesting to see if the following loads are much less like yesterday. I think there is a glitch. No reason todays should be longer than yesterday.

I was just able to do the second load on my ship and it is 5.1 minutes instead of over 20 as the first load took. something weird going on.

The only thing I can suggest is for you to contact Support by sending them an email at Support@slashkey.com as we have never heard of this. Be sure to include your farm account id number.

A ship I loaded today and launched seems to be randomly changing ports. I know when before I launched I reused the last list and made a few adjustments. Later, I checked on it and had a complete different ports of call and still waiting in position one. I just checked again (2hrs later) and it still was waiting in port 1, yet when I checked the ports again, it has now changed the port again.

Im sorry but there is no way for us to check your previous list and the one you have now.

Think you are talking about your yellow ship which was dispatched about 5 hours ago.
By the time I checked your data it was in port 2.

We can only recommend to be sure you used the Reuse list before making changes.
If by mistake, and I tell you this as it happened to me, you first rearrenge positions and then click in Reuse list, all ports will be changed.

I use ships every day and I always s click on reuse last itinerary.

Today for the first time i noticed -- AFTER I dispatched the ship that the ports had been scrambled beyond recognition.

this is my brown ship I am referring to. Now it is waiting going on 7 hours at port 1 and i don't even know when that neighbor might see it and load it.

Please check to see if there is something that changed between yesterday and today.
