I will comment if this happens again, but I can't believe I'm the only player experiencing this. And it doesn't seem to negatively affect prizes. November's FP was weird for me, too, in a different way. Maybe I'm getting all the weird things happening because the universe knows I'm an IT Business Analyst and I notice/troubleshoot software issues for a living. LOL

The only thing I can suggest is you contact Support as we have had no other reports of this.

To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

I am not noticing any privileges benefits this month for having purchased a farm pass. In the past, it has been pronouncingly obvious.

When clicking on the Privileges tab, the only item illuminated is allowing a neighbor to work at my non-workable facilities. Everything else remains dull.

I just kept thinking I should pay closer attention so I'd see it. So, finally, I did notice there hasn't been a change.

You do not have to click in Privilages button, you need to click in Rewards button.

You have collected the last Rewards but all the previous ones are not collected yet included some farm cash.

At the bottom of the Rewards screen there is a white bar. You probably have it all to the right. Take it to the right and check which Rewards you have not got yet. They are the one which have not the green check mark and say "Claim".

I justs harvested WAY more than the required number of animals for my daily goal and DID NOT get credit.

Hi Lisa,
I moved your post to the thread about the farm pass. I don't know what happened but the farm pass for you does not show andy done. Did you harvest those before opening the farm pass to see what the new goals were? If so then what you did before looking at the goals would not count.

I haven't reached any goals yet and most likely harvested before openeing January FP. About to get annoyed. Not a good way to start the year.

For the past few days, I have unloaded ships as part of a quest. I have failed to receive credit for 3 ships. Is there a problem?

I moved your post to the thread about Farm Pass.

I just checked your farm pass and your seasonal goal for unloading ships is showing 6/10 at this time.

Remember you have to unload your own ships and you have time till the end of the month.
