Hi rockcandymountain,

There is a decoration called Falling Snow. It can be tricky to highlight to store or delete, the same thing can happen with rain and some other decor that is part transparent.

If she has placed a lot of them or placed them over a lot of items it can be even more tricky to highlight.

See if she is able to do this:

Ask her to remove the check marks for everything in preferences except seasonal decor, refresh the farm or reload it, then use the search tool, type in falling snow and use Hide non-matching items. Then she should only be able to see that decoration. She will need to slowly move her mouse over the falling snow until it turns yellow.

It's then up to her what method she wants to use to remove it, store, sell or delete it. If she has placed a lot of them but does own things like an excavator (deletes) or tower crane (stores) it may be easier to use one of those tools to remove all of them at once rather than trying to do one at a time.
