The "new" PC is completely up to date as far as I know. I never said I "couldn't" call a PC tech, I just choose not to unless the computer won't turn on. I'm perfectly capable of diagnosing computer issues and in the past I've diagnosed/fixed a problem that my provider tech support couldn't. Forget it. I'm not wasting anymore time on this today.
