Hi Ismennifer,
Are you sure they are your neighbor and you are their neighbor? If they are not your neighbor then they can not sell to you so they will not see the help note.

Hi lsmennifer,

Taz D isn't available at this time.

The pictures are tiny so it's hard to make out but what looks like is happening is that your friend is seeing BUY on the step that you want help with in which case they won't see the help note.

The Quest can't show them both a BUY button AND a help note at the same time.

There's a couple of things you can try when this happens:

• ask another friend that has not helped you with that Quest yet to sell you the Lint Roller
  
  
• OR as long as the friend that sees BUY on the lint roller has not already helped you with a step on that quest
  Ask them if they would click on BUY to purchase the Lint Roller.
  Then the Help note should show up for them.
  If it doesn't show up immediately, they may need to close your Quest after buying the Lint Roller then reopen it to see the Help note.

Having suggested those, as they can see a buy button on most of the steps, have you tried looking at their co-operative quests to see if you can buy the lint roller from them?
