OFFICIAL Game Not loading/WebGL disabled/frequent crashes

I got hired in the marketplace and red numbers on right screen went up and never came down game froze refreshed, went back to farm where I was hired and same problem. And s just loading my facilities is very slow. It is not my server or internet because everything else is fast and okay.

It depends on how heavily worked are the farms you were hired for, if there were for example ponds wall to wall plus other jobs and you were hired for multiple farms, then it is possible things went slowly or farm got frozen after worked some of them.

If you now have problems with your facilities loading, then it would be better if you close everything and restart your computer.
See if your farms go back to normal after doing this.

Over the last week or so I have had difficulty logging in. Occasionally my game opens but mostly I get error messages. I'm running on Win8.1 and my user ID is: 1226278369. I don't wish to update to Win 10 but can't do any Browser updates unless I do. Why does it let me occasionally and not regularly open the game? Please help.

These are the current error messages.

Im sorry, but it is better for you to update to Windows 10.

Please take in mind that it is very important for the game to have browsers and computer systems up to date.
When they are not updated than users start to have errors and sometimes the game doesnt load at all and it is not good at all that you have not got any security updates and bug fixes.

i have the same problem right now. usually it helps to go to chrome to undo and redo hardware acceleration, and of course launch chrome each time. at other times i just visit a neighbors farm, and that will solve whatever problem.
this morning i've tried both to no avail....

Did you check if your chrome browser is updated?

It updated for me 2 days ago. Also make sure your computer doesnt have any pending updated. Remember that after an update it is always better to restart your computer.

yes, i manually updated it about a week ago. i usually restart but i can't remember if i did. so let me go and do that. i'll let you know if it worked or not.

my chrome is updated but sadly my FT is still not working. i'm just going to wait and try again later on. maybe i have more luck.
