Those facilities are the ones which would be increased in 10% as you purchased farm pass. But at this moment you have 59 points and that reward for increasing capacity 10% for facilities producing common ingredients is available when you get 75 points, so not sure what is happening there.

Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

Edit: I received a reply back from support and wanted to update you with their response. I had farm pass last month and had enough points to increase the capacity for facilities producing common ingredients by 10%. When the new month and new farm pass started, I hadn't reached the number of points required for the added 10% so my percent utilization was at over 100% and remained over 100% until I used enough ingredients to drop the utilization below 100%. Everything is below 100% today and I was able to load items correctly. I hope my explanation makes sense. Thanks again for your help!

It appears my Lanolin Factories have not been loading. I tried to do it manually and it gave the pop-up to request stock from neighbors. Says it needs 240 to start, and I have over 2400 in inventory storage.

Hi Gary

I moved your post to the thread about Facilities and Facility Manager.

The Lanolin Factory uses Sheep Wool but that item is also used in other facilities, so 2,400 sheep wool stored could be not enough to fill all facilities using it.

Just let me give you an example: you have 9 Textile and Spinning Mill. Each of them uses 810 sheep wool to fill to 100% so only to fill all 9 factories to 100% you need 7,290 sheep wool and you only have 2,400 stored.

The best thing you can do, is to open your Facility manager and then click in the little notebook. That is the ingredient planner.

You can set it to All Facilities, 15 days (that means you can fill your facilities to 100%) and By Missing.

Then check if Sheep wool item has red number into brackets. If so, that means you do not have enough stored to fill all your facilities using sheep wool.

Which facility are you using to try to post?

What happens when you try to post? What you see in the screen?

Also, try the following:

Please open your Facility Manger and click on the Funnel Icon top right of the window that opens, then make sure that it is set like this for your facility tools to work on all facilities on all farms. Please remember to click the green check mark to save any changes.

Hi Janice

The filters have to be for All Facilities in Facility Status, All Farms in Facility Location and then Regular Facilities All and Service Facilities All. Then you have to click in the green check mark to save changes.

Are you loading your farms from a saved link in your computer? If so, please do not do that as it could be corrupted.
Instead, load Facebook and then click in the game icon in the left column in your Facebook home page. See if that way the facilities work for you.

Also, clear your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm in all tabs you have it open. Then reload the game and try to post again.

If nothing works for you, check that your browser and computer system are up to date
After any update it is always better to restart your computer.
