Hi Inkdone,
The only way you would not get the gifts from the My Requests would be that they had already been claimed and were stuck.

Please provide your account ID if you want us to check this further. You can find that at the bottom of your farm page.

Default Can't Accept Gifts
Hi,
I went to my Gift Request page and tried to exchange a gift. I clicked on "Exchange" and it doesn't work. The "Accept" button doesn't work either.

The My Requests page is not working properly. Cannot accept or exchange gifts. Clearing memcache and browser memory has not worked.

I cannot exchange or accept gifts. The exchange all button is no longer there either.

I have just confirmed this and emailed the developers about it. Please be patient until they can troubleshoot this and fix it.

Receiving Gifts Fixed!


Developers have fixed the issue with gift accepting and exchanging.

I have the yellow gifting machine. And I am only getting one gift, not the 4x like I am suppose to get. It has been going on for days. Can you please fix this as I use it all the time and really need the extra which is why I paid for all of them. Thank you for getting it fixed Lounette Nielsen
