Lately, I have unchecked factories and ingredients within factories but when I open facility manager again, they have all been rechecked.

There is a limit to deselect facilities and products inside a facility.

When you reach that limit, then when you uncheck something it doesnt stay.

You could reselect some facilities so you make room to deselect products in other facilities.

When you reselect a facility then you are selecting all products in it.

But you need to reselect a good amount of facilities and then check if that worked for you.

I noticed a building on my farm 18 that I don't think I ever purchased. it is an "Office Building" and is just a blue office building, not a facility. This is my quest farm and I only put facilities and quest trees & flowers on it.

Can you determine how it got there? I am puzzled.

I moved your post to the thread about Facilities.

I visited your farm 18 and yes there is an Office Building there.

That building costs coins so we do not have data about it to tell you when it was purchased.

Only thing I can think about, is that maybe at some moment you gave design permissions to a superneighbor for that farm and they purchase the building.

The information comes from the developers as another farmer had your same problem not long ago.

It has not been added to the Game guide as only a few farmers have reached that limit due the amount of facilities and/or items they have unchecked.

If you wish you can contact Support. o contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

Now this is separate, but this is just a quick question. I noticed people bundling all their facilities in one corner on top of each other. This is excellent for allowing more space, but will all the facilities still work?
