Hi Skyseeker,

I have moved your post to the thread about Hiring issues. There are no problems that were are aware of. I have just hired someone who doesn't have the bigger tools and they were able to use mine fine.

Possible causes could be:

• they have not allowed use of their tools in the hiring window
• their bigger tools are not in their storage and are out on a farm
