I just bought another facility for the NCC. I now have 10 FC facilities, however, the amount of coin facilities stayed at 9. I know I have extra facilities (bakery) and was wondering why it did not change. Thank you.

Hi Cmm,
Sometimes when you add additional facilities it does not imediately update. I have cleaned your NCC data. Please close and reopen your farms and see if it is now added.

No it did not, as a matter of fact I lost farm 25 of the Taste of the Phillipines......

It looks like you have lost one of the Taste of Phillipines from your farms. You will need to contact Support concerning this missing facility.

To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.
