OFFICIAL Facilities and Facility Manager

I was talking to a ft member...The facility manager only shows facilities one of 23 farms and will not display the other ones.

Any suggestions?

Hi vivim,

It sounds like the filters in the Facility Manager are not set to show all facilities on all farms.

Please check the following:

Open the Facility Manager and click on the Funnel icon


In the Facility Filter window please check that it is set like this, if it is not please change it to that and remember to click the green check mark to save the setting:

That should show all facilities on all farms.

When I am working at all my factories and facilities it takes quite a long time to do them. I get a message that I have been idle for more than 10 minutes and click the green check mark if I want to stay online.
Each time this happens I have been working for more than 10 minutes, yet FT seems to think I am idle, which I'm not, I am working. What's the problem? Why does FT think I am idle?

Hi Kathyrdr,
The idle time counter is only tracking when you are working directly on the farms. When you are working in the managers that is not work on the farms directly so the timer runs.

Hi NancyKRyan,

I have moved your post to the thread about Facilities.

Please open your facility manager and search for the Donut shop, when you find it please see if you have a check mark in the box on that facility, then please open the Donut Shop and check that there are also check marks added in the boxes for every product that facility makes.

Any missing check marks prevent the facility from producing when you click on Start All at the top of the Facility Manager.

I am missing 3 cinnamon facilities the last one was purchased 3/23/22 and the other 2 earlier. I have no idea how many other items are missing that I haven't discovered as of yet. Can I get a list of all my farm cash purchases? ID number ( 109795614146769 )

Hi Jazming

Your data shows that only 3 Cinnamon factory are missing.

Please contact Support team as we can do refunds through the forums. o contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

id # 100000103986794 I have a problem in facility manager not starting and loading all. The store all and cash out all seem to work fine. I have seen this happen from time to time but it seems to be broke good this time. I open facility manage, start all and load all, go out and come back in and it is the same as before! I can open a factory and start all from there and it works fine. I tried to restart the game and it now works. Wonder why this happens.

I moved your post to the thread about Facilities

Please open your Facility Manger and click on the Funnel Icon top right of the window that opens, then make sure that it is set like this for your facility tools to work on all facilities on all farms. Please remember to click the green check mark to save any changes.

If that is correct, open your facility manager and check if the facilities have a check mark in the little box near their picture.

Also you can open the facilities and make sure all items inside it have a check mark.
