i have indeed tried it

i do clear memcache every 3-5 weeks

attached are 3 files with another facility i tried

Did you click on the link Taz gave you or dis you use one that you may have saved from a previous time? When you click on the link you should have seen a seen a list of unsetting, if you did not see that list then memcache has not been run.
