Please check your browsers are up to date and also if you have any pending update for Windows or Mac in case you use it.

If the problem doesnt fix after closing and reopening your browser, then restart your computer.

If nothing works for you, then clear your browser cache.

Also, you have the requirements for your computer listed in the first post, first page of this thread for you to check.

Thank you, these windows updates need to stop occurring on the same day FT releases a new update. Chrome had an update, as well as windows on my laptop. After a reboot, the game is loading again. Thank you, Iris.

I have not been able to get onto my FT game for over a week. It keeps posting on the page the following: "Server Maintenance in progress. Reload Farm Town to connect to a different server"
My user number is 1100941668 and on the page when it is loaded has the number U75 but won't load over U55 and lists about 4 error in yellow and then one in a Warning. I even took my computer in to have it fixed thinking it was that, but it is working fine now. I need some help getting onto my game. Thank you so much for any help. Narda McNally

I moved your post to the subject thread about loading problems.
Are you using a saved bookmark to get into the game? Please don't as you will not get the updates that way. Please use the shortcut on your Facebook home page or the button at the top of the forums to get into the game.
Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

Also you can try clearing your browser cache. When you do that the game will load slower the first time as it has to download all the graphics again. Instructions if you need them are in the following link:

I can't load the game today, been working fine until now. I have tried all other suggestions, memecache cleared, checked for windows and chrome updates, restarted my laptop. Nothing is helping. I always get this message: an embedded page at 1.slashkey.com something says: abort at error and so on.

Farmtown keeps seizing up. Tonight I was on a fishing job and the computer seized. I tried to Play farmtown and got this message.

An embedded page at l1,.slashkey.com says
Your browser does not support WebGL

and it will not let me go forward.

Hi JanetJares,
I moved your post to the subject thread about crashes and loading problems.
That error will come up when the game encounters an error. It could be because your browser is running out of memory with those heavily loaded fishing jobs. If you see the red numbers rising on the save button try stopping and let the save catch up.
To correct this try closing your browser for a couple minutes and then reopen. That will give it time to release some memory to be reused.

If that doesn't work try restarting your computer. And if that doesn't work to get WebGL support back you will need to clear your browser cache, close the browser, then reopen. It will be slower loading the first time after this because it has to download all the graphics again.
You might want to check the first post of this thread as it lists the requirements for playing Farm Town as well as some steps to check your computer.

Hi guys! I have problems with the loading too. Also, the pictures of my neighbors has recently quit showing up. I can be on my farm for an hour or so, but then FT freezes up, then my whole computer does as well. It does the same in each browser I use (Safari, Chrome, Brave or Firefox). Each have been updated.
