HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

I still cannot get on my farm. This is the second time of reporting it today. I tried through neighbours and then I clicked on purchase notes. Ha HA, you were quick enough to take my money, but I cannot see whether or not Ive been credited with $225. I have tried to take the advice offered , but it is complicated. HELP!!!!!
