I'm sorry you still cant enter the game, but we dont have a solution for you. Your previous information was copied into a closed thread in Help&Support which is monitoring by the developers.

If you have done all the suggestions we have asked you, then you have to wait till developers find a solution.

Just in case you have not tried this before:

- Check if there is any update for Windows, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.

- Also be sure your browser is updated
