HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

I don't know my user ID number but I 1st got all the way to green where it was loading farm and then it just stopped. So I clicked the link at the top and now it sits at black with a cube.

Can't get to neighbors' farms. Can't do quests. Can't hire. Can't work, can't trade, etc, etc, etc. Adobe announced they were ending Flash in July 2017...three and a half years ago. Did you think it would take only a couple of months? Did you think at all? I am very disappointed in your procrastination. I hope you're thinking of a way to make it up to us. In the meantime, I refuse to help you with your problems as you've created way too many for all of us.

Your User ID can be found in the yellow banner above the game. Have you clicked on the troubleshooting link in the yellow banner? if so what were the results?
