You need to post your suggestion in the Suggestions section and not in the General Feedback section. The Suggestions section is where we organize the suggestions by subject for the developers to view. You can not start a new thread in that section, but you can reply to one that fits your suggestion. Since you are asking for a decoration you can reply to the thread for those.
