I am on level 600 and I love doing the quests but of the last 12 quest over half of them are for facilities I don't own. (I have over 250 ) so would have thought that most would be for facilities I own or is this a ploy so I have to buy farm cash to get more facilities, as I am at the highest level it could be months before more levels come out.

I'm sorry this has happened to you, but the quests are randomly assigned, the game doesn't "look" if you have the facilities for the quests you got.
