New Release -- August 14th, 2014

It has been a while since I spent time working other players facilities/clients. Been trying to work peeps farms from links in the various groups lately, but am finding that many give me a message "this farm is for my friends". Is this a new thing? Used to be we could work anyone's farms when they posted links. Is there a problem or can this be fixed with people's settings or whatever? It is such a waste of time clicking, loading and waiting only to find the farm can't be worked.

Hi Majik,
You have not been able to work just anyone's facility posts for a long time. You must be at least friends with the person to be able to work them.

Facebook friends. They can be Farm Town neighbors too, but only required that they be Facebook friends to see their posts and work them.

I get this message quite often when I click on the link to Show FarmTown Wall Requests but if I go to their Facebook page and click on the link there I'm able to work their facilities.

Hi Leigh,
I have seen that too and it usually is just a case of closing the farm and reopening it that fixed it. I have opened it through the wall requests, didn't work, close the farm and reopen it again from the wall requests and it work. Just a case of not recognizing that you are friends and a data transfer problem between Facebook and Farm Town.
