IF you want others to work your farms then they can do it easier by using the tools are available now. IFyou go to the market an try to get help on your farms, the majority in there don't' have tools yet and can't do the large size farms that I have seen! I have all the tools an yet there are SOME farms that are WAY over loaded to the point I can't even do them myself or barely!

They only have access to the tools for the JOB you hire them for! SO You won't complain when they leave your farms half done! I don't know that it will stop them from purchasing tools themselves as they won't have the BIG tools for their own use!
