I think yesterday I noticed someoen went a decent speed. However, I think the last update slowed alot of people down. Don't know if the slow down was intentional on the part of the developers or not, but I do know it probably makes employers want to hire people with the equipment more, especially if they are in a hurry.

I've noticed no slow down when I work for others at the MP. The avatar takes longer to catch up, but the actual number of plots I can click and harvest or plow hasn't changed.
