i stick to making money off my own farm and only hire neighbors to work for me cause everyone in the market seems to either go slow as hell, or they play the battleship game on your farm when they work taking pot-shots at B5, F7, G4, etc.
No one seems to know how to work neatly
And the 6 hires are for 100 or less plots!

I had a girl I hired to harvest a large field, and someone else on a small field. The harvester finished, then plowed; I then went to her to hire her to plow, and she was just finishing up writing HEY! in my wheat. SO wish you could FIRE as well as HIRE!!!! At least you can hide so you don't hire them again!

ick that annoys the heck out of me when they hire so many. especially for a small area. It slows the process down significantly.
but again, i can understand how sometimes people hire multiple. if not everyone responds to the request for hire and you hire multiples and there's a lag at people responding.

Does it really matter what crop it is? I mean we need raspberries for our production so it seems to me that anyone willing to go to market and work should be happy to harvest whatever crop the farmer has ready. Besides that coins are coins. 6 or 600 we still get paid to just click the mouse button and every single coin increases the amount we have to put towards crops, farm size increases, purchasing new farms, and hundreds of other things that we need to be able to play the game to its fullest.

OMG what an absolute pain in the backside. This is a perfect example of why I would also like to be able to fire people. I think the primary reason for me though it that I want ot be able to get rid of people that once hired, just come to my farm and just stand around or if they do work they make a big fat mess and never get everything. I usually only hire one person at a time because I prefer to work alone and because I believe that if they are willing to work hard they should be given the chance to advance themselves as much as they are willing to work for. However, it never fails that I have to hire anywhere from 2-5 people one, right after the other, to get the job done because people have gotten so darn picky about what they are willing to harvest and what they won't. This upsets me as much as the other crazy things people do because it seems to me that we should all be grateful if someone is willing to hire us to work for them. After all, they are doing us a favor, not the other way around (my opinion)!

I saw someone in the market place who kept posting "will do trees and wheat only"....well, not on my farm you won't!

I don't get the harvesters who refuse to plow... had 1000 wheat my worker gladly harvested, but when I sent the hire to plow, her answer was "I don't plow" and she left.....huh??????????

I don't like people that only come in and start a job without finishing, but people have a right to choose what kind of work they want. I don't generally plow because I usually wind up plowing my own fields and because I usually need supplies or coins more than I need points I usually announce that I want to harvest only. Either find someone to plow for you or do it yourself. It's just a game.

Things happen sometimes. Remember there is a human being behind that avatar. They could have easily gotten disconnected, family issues or whatnot. we do have choices as what job we do. And being honest about it is fine in the market place. they can sit there screaming all they want. Its the hiring person's choice if they want to hire them or not. I've hired many who want specifics that wind up doing whatever i have. As far as plowing. That can be a bit tedious when you have crops of your own getting ready to be harvested or wasted. Im at maximum XP and don't need the points and plowing doesn't kick back that much coins. I leave the plowing for lower levels. I'll even say that to the hiring person. Sometimes you can't plow because you have something happening in the real world. we can't always control these things. If it is a small farm, i'll go ahead and plow. But usually i do not.

I realize that sometimes there are connection issues, I think we've all experienced that at one time or another. I had someone ask in the marketplace for a plowing job to level up. I hired and went back to the farm with them. They plowed about 4 rows and announced "I leveled up, thanks" and left.

I don't let it bend me out of shape.

Now that is just too funny LOL........ if i am hired to harvest and the farmer asks if i want to plow normally say sure i am on a high level will do it unless you have a neighbor that needs the xp..... they appreciate that most of the time..... plowing now is easy without the 2nd hire thingy ......... love that they fixed that now..... way cool of them........
