Which we don't recommend as it can ruin your farm...we have one such farmer right now with that problem

Have you had any problems with crop layering?? I just learned that recently and I love it but I"m always afraid it's going to mess something up.

I personally have never layered crops knowing there could be issues and because the devs don't condone it but I've seen problems it has caused.

Hmmmmmm ok thanks... better to be safe than sorry. I've put a too much time and money into my farm to screw it up.

I have layers of crops, flowers and trees and the game is not seriously affected by it. You simply don't overdo it

Irregardless of you not having problems, trust me, I have seen the damage done by layering.

Again:

While the developers have not yet found a way to write this out of the game both they and the moderation team highly discourage doing this, due to the adverse affect it has on farms.

Layering is the main reason most people find their farms slow to operate and in extreme cases has rendered farms completely inoperable. Those who do layer their farms and then find them inoperable will find there is very little that can be done to help you as the developers are unable to remove items from farms. You will have to wait out the loading of your farm and start deleting items until it works properly again if this should happen to you.
