add level NCC
hi!
I would love to see levels of NCC participants on the chain page like under/next to their picture. also would be great to be able to choose neighbors for the NCC like ships and trains. A lot of my neighbors are barely active. this NCC week (as with most) I have only two coin facilites and I am top of the list with with points.. a few serious NCC players shouldnt have to carry the whole chain and not even place in the top 3 regardless of how hard they work for it. Iload several times a day, some of the people on my list load just once a week please fix this it becomes disheartening to keep going
