OFFICIAL Issues with Registering your Email to your FarmTown Account

I have more than one farmtown accounts and I try using the 15 digit user number to log in. I cannot get into the new farmtown website.

I tried the email address way of getting in with no luck.

I also looked for the link to fill out a support ticket. However I did not find that link.

What should I do next?
