Hi farmerdawnc,
There isn't any "conversion" for you to do. All you need to do is open your farms through Facebook and they will open in the HTML/WebGL version.
If you are trying to use a bookmark from the Flash days, don't as that doesn't take you to the right place.
Either log into Facebook and click on the Farm Town link in the left column or click on the Play FarmTown button at the top of the forums.
