Your previous posts about this have already been put in the correct closed thread for the developers to see.

As you are a Mac user, please makes sure that you have done any updates on your device that it's recommending to you.

If those are already done on your computer, please try Opera Browser if you have not already done so. Mac users that have been having problems loading the game with other browsers have had success using Opera.
