The emails only point you to the top post of the thread which may be that old. You need to go to the last page and last post there to see what was added.
I will move your post to a closed thread for the developers to look at and see what they can determine. They are trying to solve all the varied problems. Please be patient.


You might want to try a different browser and see if it works there.
