There is no way to perfectly clarify it the best we can do is approximates
for me im in australia and the first post was updated today but the date on the first post is the 9th which is the 10th here so i would be expecting the lemon grass and the new tree tomorrow (monday) and the new facs any day upto and including thursday my time but this can vary as per players location & the developers location.
