Yep, and I remember when there were NO mods here, and the Dev actually posted frequently! Actually, he would even answer pm's!! (I probably still have a few of them sitting around)

I remember when the head mod of MyFarm threatened to sue the dev of Farm Town because all of the ideas we had posted on the forums there, were all of a sudden HERE! Poof! Well, imagine that! Could it be that someone was actually irritated at the slower than molasses pace MyFarm was (not) progressing and started a new game?! Woah, the travesty!! Sooooooo many of us bailed from MyFarm and started farms of our very own right here on FT the day or 2 after it premiered.

I was trying to remember the original crops... strawberries, tomatoes, sunflowers...were potatoes in the original release? Can't remember. Was only 4 or 5 crops, if that.

I DO remember life before plowing machines...no 4 squares at a time like we have now...carpal tunnel symptoms! So amazing to see how far this game has come since Feb 2009.
