I submitted a bug report here---the more who do, the sooner they'll know how many it's affecting and hopefully get it fixed

That is a forum program setting. If you are too quick then you get that message.

That's what it is, the help screen just isn't loading, I have noticed it has been getting slower in loading and now it has stopped.

Every one is only allowed to make a post every 60 seconds, it happens to me when there is several spam that I am trying to report. i can only do it every 60 seconds.
