OFFICIAL Wall Request Issues

Hello, Just went to run all the wall requests for the first time in over a week. When I opened up the requests it is acting like I do not have any of the tools , even though I have had them all for quite some time. What gives?

You mean that you can't work your friend facilities in all farms?

If so, to let the Mayor work all facilities in all farms you need 2 trains dispatched with at least 10 farm cash cars in each train.
In that case you can click in each link for regular facilities and service facilities individually.

If you have 4 dispatched train with at least 10 farm cash cars in each train, then you will see a a link in the middle of the regular and services posts and you will be able to work all facilities and services at the same time.

Please check that your trains are dispatched and the amount of farm cash cars in each one.

For the last week or so, I've been having an issue when I am hired by my neighbors to work in their facilities. It takes an incredibly long time to get to their farms. Then, when I arrive and click on "okay, I'll get started" and then "Sure, take me there", 9 times out of 10, it just says "saving" and I am never taken to the facilities to work. This used to happen every so often, now it is more times than not. Sometimes I never get to the point where I can work in the facility.

Similarly, on my own farm, when I click on a facility in order to start production, instead of getting loading facilities, many times I get the "saving" message instead. It may take several times to get the facility to load.

Overall, the game is very slow and it takes a long time to get from farm to farm or to get to my neighbors farm. Is there something going on since the most recent update?

I moved your post to the thread about wall request issues:
Be sure your browser and operation system are up to date. After any update it is always better to restart your computer.

If nothing works for you, then it could be an internet problem somewhere between you and the game servers that is causing data to be lost or slow transferring which would give you the "saving" indication. Between you and the servers are many links that the data for the game has to travel through to get to and from the server. Any one of those links having a problem or heavy traffic can cause slowed down or lost data transfer.
Unfortunately we hhave no control or way to check those internet links. If this is the case then all you can do is wait and hope whoever is having the problem gets it fixed.
