No matter you have not hired anyone, if you are for example in your farms and you click in Show Names in the grid and then in Show User Info, you will see the envelope in the upper right corner of that screen.
But if you click in it, you will see a floating message saying that there are no users in your farms.

Thank you! I couldn't find the "show names", I didn't understand this was under the farm grid section. I found the envelope just as you described!
