It has always been like that. It is not new. For an ingredient request you only get the ingredients list for the product in the facilty that you asked for. You do not get the ingredients for the previous products you need to make it. You get the bread, not the flour or wheat. To get those you have to make an ingredient request from the windmill to get the wheat and then one for the bread in the bakery to get the flour.
