Yes you can post about anything you want in this section as long as it is about the game. However, I moved your first post about the waters from the Neighbor Reuests thread as you were looking for workers and not neighbors. That thread is for a specific purpose and so is the one about Co-operative Quests Help. Therefore you can not post just anything in those threads.
If you post a reply to any thread then the post need to be on topic for that thread.
