I'm not sure what the future holds as far as sending ships out myself but I will continue to load the ships that come to my port. So my question is: If I don't send out ships will I still be able to load my neighbor's ships as they come to my port?

Hi bjyhey3,
There is nothing to say that you can't help your neighbours with their ships even if you do not send any yourself. The only requirement is that you are an active player and you happen to be one of those that is chosen for your friends ship itinerary.
