If it's a chain you can Export to: the chain will then have
- a dark blue Export button when you have no products to Export yet.
- a green Export button when you have products to Export AND there is room to export them to your current neighbours.
- a pale blue Export button when you have products to export but your neighbours staging areas are currently full. This will turn green once they have Imported from their chains which will free up space allowing you to Export to them as long as they are not already filled again before you try.
The exception to the pale blue button rule is where multiples of facilities are involved as the products can be stocked in more than one type of facility. In this case it can sometimes still be possible to export products. If it is you will see that when you click on the pale blue Export button.
Please store all products from your facilities, then reload the game and see if the
blue buttons have changed to green in case you have products to export.
The pale blue button is working correctly as you have products to export but your neighbors dont have space to receive them as they haven't imported yet.
If after storing and reloading the game, the blue buttons still dont work correctly for you, then contact Support. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.
