Ok I have tried contacting support for my 2nd account holder. The 1st time I thought maybe I mistyped the email but this 2nd time I have not received the automated response either. In this situation, I gift that account FC and for a quest we bought a 2nd Pharmacy supply facility by mistake and wanted to return the duplicate so we could get the right one, the photography Factory facility for the quest. The account is small so we don't have duplicates of facilities like I do on this account.
You ask:
When did you contact them? Monday.
Did you get the auto response email? No
Have you checked your spam/junk folder for it? Yes
Did you also try another email address you have and have the same problem with that one as well? I have not tried from another email yet, but we don't have a 2nd email for that acct.
Should I try from this one? Tho I don't want them taking the facility that is on this main farm.
What else can I do?
