I understand that the regular quests are based on what we have in storage. I've been playing this game for many years and don't recall having been denied loading a cooperative quest based on my storage before. Suppose there's a first time for everything!

For the co-op quests, when you go to load the last step in your own facility it looks to the storage just as it does normally for loading those. The items you get from your neighbors for those quests go into your storage. They are not held separately, so can be used for any facility loading. If you are short of an ingredient then when you load the quest step you may not have enough to do so.
For the regular quest problems please contact Support about this. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.
