Hi Johncinj,
When you get that it is actually from one of your neighbors or friends who are working multiple accounts using the switch user in Facebook. The incorrect data gets sent and it looks like it is from someone you are not friends with. The only way they can prevent that from happening is to use a different browser for each account.
If you see one of those do not try to boost it through the Train Manager. Instead go to your My Requests and it will show the correct information and you will be able to boost the train.
