Are you still using Edge Browser or have you also tried a different browser?
Please click on this link and make sure you have done the items listed under First Load of Farm Town in your browser. If you try another browser please also check that cookies and popups are allowed in that browser.
When you have done those, closed and reopened your browser, try loading the game again.

If after doing those you can load the game, you no longer need to supply the details requested in that post under Persistent Loading Issues.
If you made any changes to your browser that were listed in that post, and still can't load the game, we need to know if you are still stuck at grey screen and if the last checkpoint you see is different or the same please.
