Taz is not available at this moment.
When you open a new quest, then you can hover your mouse on the last step to know in which facility the product has to be started or loaded in case it is a service facility.
The issue is that when you have already done all the previous steps then the facility name is not showing anymore. This has been sent to the developers.
You can check our Game Guide for
Regular facilities or
Service facilities to know in which ones the products are produced or loaded. In each thread you can use the "Search this thread" option and type the correct name of the product.
For Octopus balls, it is done in the Traditional Japanese Restaurant and loaded in the Taste of Japan.
