Which cache have you cleared? Memcache or browser cache? You need to clear browser cache, if you need instructions on how to do it, please visit the following link:

Also be sure your browser is up to date and check if you have any pending update for Windows or Mac in case you use it.
Which browser do you use? Did you try another updated browser to see if you get the same problem?
