I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about tools from suggestions to answer you.
The Show Work Info is available for super neighbors if they own the Mobile Lookout Tower tool. Otherwise they have to check each farm or be told by the owner of those farms what and where the work is. As this is part of the benefit for the tool then I doubt the developers are going to add it for all.
